LICENSED PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Shadoe Daniels, PA-C is a highly experienced healthcare professional with more than 16 years of clinical expertise. He began his career in EMS and Fire Services before advancing to a provider role following his graduation from Marywood University’s Physician Assistant Program in Scranton, Pennsylvania.


As one of the first 35 Physician Assistants in Pennsylvania designated as Prehospital Physician Extenders (PHPEs), Shadoe is authorized to practice outside traditional hospital settings, including on EMS units. Over the course of his career, he has developed a broad and versatile background encompassing Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, and Critical Access Medicine.


During the COVID-19 pandemic, Shadoe demonstrated unwavering commitment to patient care by serving as a frontline provider at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, New York, and later in Texas, delivering critical care during one of the most challenging times in modern healthcare. Since 2022, he has continued his service in rural North Dakota, applying his extensive knowledge and experience to improve access to quality healthcare within the community where he won the 2025 North Dakota Academy of Physician Assistant’s PA of the Year award.  Shadoe is available for our Primary Care patients.
